Privacy Policy
1) Scope & Roles
PtP primarily processes user-entered data and, with your authorization, may receive records from providers (e.g., labs, clinics, insurers). We treat all health data with HIPAA-grade safeguards. HIPAA Business Associate obligations apply to datasets governed by an executed BAA. Where laws conflict, we apply the more protective standard.
2) Information We Collect
2.1 You Provide
- Identifiers (name, email, phone), demographics, account credentials
- Health & fertility information; uploads (labs, imaging, treatment summaries, consents)
- Insurance details (optional), communications with support/AI assistant
- Payment details handled by PCI-compliant processors
2.2 From Third Parties (with your authorization)
- Provider notes, lab results, claims/eligibility, diagnostic reports
2.3 Automatically Collected
- Device/usage data (IP, browser/OS, pages viewed, interactions)
- Cookies and similar technologies (auth, preferences, analytics). See Cookies & Tracking.
3) How We Use Information
- Provide & improve the Platform (navigation, reminders, AI insights, matching)
- Operate & support accounts, authentication, payments, troubleshooting
- Compliance & safety (audit, fraud prevention, legal obligations)
- Research & analytics using de-identified/aggregated data
- Care coordination with providers only when you direct us to
We do not sell personal information.
6) Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, obtain a portable copy, opt out of targeted advertising or sale/sharing (PtP does neither), and appeal decisions. To exercise rights, email privacy@partnerstoparenthood.com. We will verify your request and respond per applicable law. Authorized agents may submit requests with valid authorization.

- SOC 2–aligned controls; PCI-DSS via payment processors
8) Retention
We retain personal information while your account is active and as required for legal, regulatory, audit, or security obligations. De-identified data may be retained for analytics and improvement.
9) Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a minor provided data, contact us to request deletion.
10) International Data Transfers
If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where required, we use approved transfer mechanisms.
11) Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, where legally required, provide additional notice.
